One of the more dangerous companies with a recurrent history of life threatening recalls is now in commissioned by government to make a new vaccine. But can you really trust Baxter to produce a safe flu vaccine? Baxter has a decades-long history of making mistakes that have led to recalls, lawsuits, and even deaths. So what guarantees do we have that they can produce a safe vaccine using a novel method? As recently as May 18 (2009) a Baxter partner, Halozyme Therapeutics, publicly questioned the quality and capabilities of Baxter’s manufacturing processes, when flake-like particles were discovered in a product that Baxter packages for Halozyme. That product, Hylenex, which is used with an injected drug that helps rehydrate sick children, was recalled on May 17 after the contamination was discovered.

In mid-June (2010), California (USA) health authorities declared an epidemic of whooping cough, urging residents - particularly those of Latino background - to get vaccinated against the disease. All told, 910 cases have been confirmed, with several hundred more under investigation. If the pace keeps up, the outbreak could be the largest in the state in 50 years, the California Department of Public Health reported. What officials are not saying is that pertussis (whooping cough) outbreasks are cyclical and tend to peak every two to five years, regardless of the vaccination rate. Once again, this is a created hysteria to capitalize on fears of frightened parents and an opportunity to push vaccination on a trusting, underinformed public.

My daughter Jessica recently asked me why she wasn’t vaccinated with the HPV vaccine (Gardisil). Jessi told me all her friends have received the vaccine. I told her that there were two major reasons that I felt were important enough to not let her get this vaccine. Number one (the most important one), this vaccine is injuring and killing healthy young females. Nearly one young woman has died per month due to this vaccine. This fact alone should cause Congress to act and the media to question its use. The number two reason I don’t believe this vaccine should be given is that most women (over 90%) infected with HPV will overcome the illness without any therapy due to natural immunity.

Mainstream medicine has hit a new low in its war against physicians who have become alternative healers.
